Terms & Conditions

Ad campaign is for placement of your text ad, banner ad or combination of both on the Sex Blogger website and/or it's related pages located on the world wide web at http://www.sexblogger.com/.

Ad campaign - 1 month (30 days) minimum - 6 month maximum.

Payment upfront at least 5 days before campaign begins.

No refunds will be given for any reason except technical reasons on our end.

Banners must meet Image Specifications.

You MUST have a valid e-mail address. Don't worry, we will not sell, give away or publish your e-mail address in any manner.

If you submit a Pay or AVS site, you MUST give us a temporary password or way to enter your site so we can verify that your site meets our Terms & Conditions. Don't worry, your password will not be sold, given away or published in any manner! We already have our own passwords for AdultCheck, CyberAge & CyberSexNetwork sites.

No Spam! Do not Spam us and do not Spam surfers with your site! If there is any Spamming associated with your advertised site, your ad campaign will be terminated without refund.

Only English language advertising accepted. 
Advertised sites must have own domain name.
No sites hosted on free servers.
No IP's.
No banner farms.
No sites with excessive pop-ups, pop-unders, etc. (excessive = more than 1).
No consoles.
No blind links.
No sites that entrap surfers in any way.
No Celebrity sites.
No crappy sites.

No ILLEGAL sites allowed! Sex Blogger will NOT accept advertising for sites that deal with child porn, rape, bestiality, hate or any other illegal or harmful issue. Nor will Sex Blogger accept advertising for sites containing material which constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks or any type of pirated software. Sites found to be carrying such material will be reported to the proper authorities.

If Sex Blogger accepts advertising for your site and you change your site in any manner that does not comply with the Terms & Conditions (including redirects to another site that does not match the advertised site), your ad will be removed without warning and without refund.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Sex Blogger reserves the right to delete, from our database and with no refund given, any advertiser at any time for violating the Terms & Conditions.

Sex Blogger reserves the right to decline any advertiser for any reason (including reasons not listed here).

You may cancel your ad campaign (with written notice) at any time during the campaign, but no refund for the time remaining in the campaign will be given.

Sex Blogger makes no guarantee regarding the levels of impressions, clicks or conversions for any ad or group of ads or the timing of delivery of any impressions, clicks or conversions for any ad displayed on any Sex Blogger Property or any Partner Property. 

SEX BLOGGER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO ADVERTISING AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

Miscellaneous. You will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Sex Blogger in collecting unpaid amounts under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in Los Angeles County, California. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and any non-Sex Blogger purchase order, invoice or other document relating to the subject matter hereof and any additional terms contained therein shall be null and void. Each party hereto is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations hereunder. The waiver of any breach or default of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Advertiser may not resell, assign, or transfer any of its rights hereunder. Any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to Sex Blogger. The relationship(s) between Sex Blogger and the "Advertisers" is not one of a legal partnership relationship, but is one of independent contractors. This Agreement shall be construed as if both parties jointly wrote it. 

Plain & Simple: Your payment for advertising means you accept the Terms & Conditions for advertising on Sex Blogger. You pay for an ad, you get an ad. Nothing else is implied, guaranteed or warranted.

Discounts: Receive a 25% discount if you give Sex Blogger a reciprocal (text or banner) link. The recip. MUST be on the page that you are advertising. The recip. MUST be easy to find. The recip MUST be up for the duration of you ad campaign. If you remove the recip. before your ad campaign ends, your ad campaign will be pulled and no refund will be given.

Freebies: Receive a FREE text link for writing an article or short story for Sex Blogger. If we publish your contribution, you will receive a FREE text link while the story or article is active. Plus, if your link meets all the Terms & Conditions, it will remain active in the Sex Blogger Archives.

Image File Size: 25Kb Maximum.
