I think this
photo was probably done sometime in the late 1950's or early 1960's.
This pic isn't
bad. It does capture my attention, not because of the photography, but
because of the model and the subject matter. So in that manner, the photo
works, but technically, it is just so/so. This pic would have been so kewl
if there was some more effort put into the lighting, shadows and contrast.
As it is, it is obvious that the photographer just put the model in front

that it would insure them against fire, without defining what is considered
to be "unacceptable fire" and was obligated to pay the claim. Rather than
endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted
the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for his loss of the cigars lost
in the "fires".

After the lawyer cashed the check,
the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON!!! With
his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used
against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured
