I think this photo was shot sometime in the very early 1960's.

Technically this photo is not very good... Well, it's worse than not very good, it is NOT good. The lighting sucks. It is just one tone of grey. No fancy lighting, no shadows, no contrast, and it is just a very plain, boring, and amateur looking photo.
