Saturday Stories

Busy Day, Updates & Reviews

Today was a very busy day. I started around 8am this morning and it's now just after 10pm... I'm getting a little tired... Yawn! Model Tips

I interview a lot of models for both adult and non-adult work. Some of the models are just modeling to make a quick buck or just to have some fun, but some tell me that it's their dream to be a model. I can always tell how serious they are just by talking with them... Sadly, most will never make it as a model. 

I give advice and try to help a lot of struggling models do the right thing. And this is what I tell every "model-wanna-be" that I talk with - Take care of yourself. STAY OUT OF THE SUN. Exercise. Eat properly. Stop eating junk food. Drink lots of water. Stop drinking soda. Stop partying all the time. Don't stay up late. Get plenty of rest. Don't drink alcohol. Don't smoke (cigarettes or weed). Don't do drugs. Brush your teeth. Floss. Have a good attitude. Do "Test Shoots" and practice, practice, practice. Get an education because modeling won't last forever. AND, DON'T HAVE A BOYFRIEND THAT'S JEALOUS OR ABUSIVE! 

This biz runs on youth and nice skin. No photographer wants to shoot a model that looks like crap. If you drink, smoke, do drugs, suntan, party all the time and are tired & stressed, then it's gonna show on your face and your not going to model for long. I've met so many young models that don't take care of themselves and it certainly shows. Just because they're young they think nothing will affect them. How wrong they are! Most of the ones that don't take care of themselves look older than they should and are certainly not going to age well. So sad.

POINT. There are no guarantees in the modeling biz. If someone is "really" serious about being a model, then they deffo need to do everything they can (besides compromising themselves) to try and achieve it. And doing everything they can means taking care of themselves.

New Links, "BB," Love??? & An Abusive Ex

Sex Blogger has now been up for just over 6 weeks and I'm getting an average of 150-200 visitors a day. I guess that's not so bad for a new site. Wow, what a coincidence... "BB" and I have now known each other for just over six weeks as well. These past weeks have gone by soooo fast, but at the same time it seems like we have know each other forever. And I'm guessing that's a good thing. At least I hope so because I really, really like her. I dunno, maybe I'm falling in love. That is something I'm really gonna have to put some serious thought into.

Speaking of serious thought... Last night "BB" and I were talking on the phone and she decided to really open up to me. I don't even know how it came up, but she started to tell me about one of her ex-boyfriends. She lived with this guy for two years and of course when they first got together everything was just "fine-and-dandy" but then he started to change; first becoming verbally abusive then physically. At first she would just have bruises from him grabbing and pushing her around. But as time went by the abuse worsened to the point where he would beat the shit out of her or choke her till she passed out. Then he'd toss her into a closet and keep her locked in until his rage passed. Finally "BB" put a restraining order on him and left his ass. But of course that put the asshole into a deeper rage. Breaking his restraining order, he found her and beat the shit out of her again; leaving her with black eyes, a bloodied face and a few permanent scars (inside and out). But that little tirade also put his ass in jail and into counseling. Turns out he had some minor mental problems. Duh! Anyway, "BB" moved further away and hasn't see nor heard from him in two years.

As she was telling me this she was holding back tears and  I had to do everything I could to keep from crying as well. And even as I write this my eyes are tearing up. "BB" is 4'11", weighs all of 100 lbs, has a smile that can make your heart skip a beat and is one of the sweetest, kindest and most caring people I've ever met. And yet, her ex-boyfriend did that to her... Arrrggghhhh!!! My insides are SCREAMING right now!!! I have a really hard time understanding how any person can hurt another person like that.

After "BB" told me all this, she was worried and asked me if this would change how I feel about her. And that really made my eyes water. That asshole broke her down and made her think less of herself, and because of that, she was worried that I would think less of her as well. That is so wrong! But yeah... it did change the way I feel about her. It made me want to put my arms around her, hold her tight, comfort & love her and treat her like she is the most precious person on the face of the earth (even more than I already do)... And that's what I told her... She cried and said thank you...
