Gothic Wednesday

Hello and welcome to "Gothic Wednesday." Each Wednesday I'm going to present a new Gothic Horror Story. If you're not interested in Adult Erotica, please skip the story and check out the rest of this week's blogger posts.

Today's story is taken from "Sex-Fi. Erotic Sci-Fi & Horror Sex Stories" and is entitled -

In the Year of our Lady 960, there was revealed a great secret in the land of Erinalba. As an educated man at the academy of Brittance, I was appointed by the local villagers of Gothna to explore the small castle of Baron Vanda Horn. Everybody knew that the lord had been killed by his wife, who supposedly took her own life afterwards.

I arrived at the small castle around sunset since the journey took me half a day by horseback to reach. I hollered at the closed gate but received no reply. Since the air was turning cooler, I dismounted my horse and tried to open the gate. It would not bulge with my strength.

I made a campfire near the castle gate in hopes that someone within would see the smoke of my fire. I ate a few rations and soon grew weary of waiting. I retrieved my coarse woolen blanket and wrapped it around my body. My eyes grew heavy and I soon nodded off to sleep.

I awoke to the sound of my horse running off into the night probably back to Gothna. Something had spooked it but I heard no sound nor had no sense of alarm myself. I peered into the darkness but could not discern anything out of the unusual.

I tried yelling at the gate once again. To my surprise, the gate slowly opened. I quickly entered and the gate closed behind me.

I did not see anyone about in the yard so I went to the main door of the castle. It opened easily and I entered.

I found the main hall deserted and the floor covered with thick dust. I found a lantern and lit it with my tinderbox. With the lantern's light, I explored the first floor of the small castle. My findings were that the dwelling had been deserted for more than a year.

I made my way up the staircase and I heard a creaking of a door. I searched amongst the closed doors and found the third one to my left open. The first thing that struck me as odd was that the window was blocked by wooden planks. Next, I found the large bed was neatly made and no dust was found.

I step inside the room to look at the bed closer.

"Who are you to enter my home?" said a feminine voice behind me.

I turned and saw a brunette beauty wrapped in a black cloak. She appeared to be about the same age as my own twenty years. Her eyes were dark and her skin was of a pale complexion.

"I am Richent of Gothna," I replied. "And I apologize for the intrusion. I was under the impression that this castle was deserted."

"It is except for me," she replied.

"And you would be?"

"Baroness Bonnie Horn."

The name flashed a warning to my mind. The baron and baroness were well into their adult years. This woman was more than half the age that the baroness would have been.

"I'm cold and tired, m'lady," I sighed. "I'm in no mood for games this late into the night."

The woman just smiled and parted the cloak to reveal her body to me. Her womanhood was barely covered by a patch of leather. Her breasts were bare even though she wore a harness with chains. An intricate tattoo was around her belly button. I felt lust in my loins.

"And I am hungry," she said walking toward me.

The doors had heavy locks on the outside. I gathered from this information that I was in the dungeon underneath the baroness' small castle.

I walked to the end of the hallway and went up the stairs. I had to make this my chance to escape the baroness' clutches. I did not want to know what she planned for my new form. I felt a hunger stab at my stomach as I reached the top of the stairs.

I made my way through the small castle and to the front door. The pain in my stomach was much stronger as I staggered out into the castle yard. The gate was closed but I easily opened it. The moon was full and bright as I made the journey back to Gothna.

I made it back to Gothna with plenty of darkness left. The fact that I was now faster did not weigh heavily on my mind. What did worry me was that I had no idea of how much time passed after I was bitten by Baroness Bonnie. Nor did I know how long I was out afterwards.

I went directly to my small house near the Salmon Tavern. I wrote what happened at the baroness' castle. What I am to do next depends on if I can find a place to spend the day without discovery. When night falls, I will have to satisfy the hunger. Pity the person that I chose for it will not be as pleasurable as it was for me . . .

Well, that was not a bad story at all... Kinda written in the style of H.P. Lovecraft and Edgar Allen Poe. I deffo love that style of writing...
